Abstract

Starting from the maxim that "by our position of the subject, we are always responsible", as Lacan (1965-66 / 1998, p.873) says, this article aims to delimit elements for the understanding of the notion of responsibility of the subject from the work of this psychoanalyst. In order to do so, two moments are proposed: I) an articulation about the thesis of psychic causality in Lacanian thought, in order to collect in this axis conditions of possibility to the responsibility of the subject; II) implied to the conditions of possibility, as are the forms of assumption of responsibility of the subject, depending on the logical time and the position of the subject for its effectiveness
